Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley Card Predictions

    Predictions for tonight's card?
Curious what this forum thinks. Long time MMA fan/Tapology lurker.
Not very fun with 4/6 of the fights being like 40:1 favorites but..

    Begins at 5:00PM ET
    • Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley - (eight rounds)
    • Amanda Serrano (c) vs. Yamileth Mercado - (12 rounds)
    • Daniel Dubois vs. Joe Cusumano - (10 rounds)
    • Ivan Baranchyk vs. Montana Love - (10 rounds)
    • Tommy Fury vs. Anthony Taylor - (four rounds) it was initially 6 but was changed

      Jake Paul via Decision
I believe Tyron will be focused on not getting embarrassed and knocked out by this kid, cash the cheque unscathed rather than risking it to put the kid away.

      Amanda Serrano via Decision

Dubois via TKO - Round 2

      Ivan via Decision

Tommy Fury via TKO - Round 3
In the face to face interview with Helwani, Taylor's either the greatest actor on the planet or purely delusional lol

Apologies if there's already been a similar thread, I didn't see any.

    Serrano UD .

    Ivan late stoppage 8/9 .

    Fury rnd 4 stoppage .

My problem with Woodley decision is his volume. Jake's coach said Jake's throwing 60-80 punches a round or something. If that's true, It's hard to see Tyron keeping pace.

Jake has never went past the second round . If he does that he’s going to find out fast about punch counts in boxing when he’s In uncharted territory .

Tommy Fury vs. Joe Cusumano has been changed from 6 rounds to 4 rounds. A real shame they did that. Apparently both fighters unhappy about it.

Will four rounds be enough for Fury to knock out Joe? The whole point of this fight was to give Fury a highlight reel KO in front of a US audience.

The same thing has been arranged for DDD, but he's at least got ten rounds to make it happen. He'll probably only need two at most.

Tommy vs Cusumano would be great .

Would be a dangerous fight for Tommy I saw in a simulator they had ButterBean knocking down Ali early ,Joe is 3 times the size as Tommy .

              Paul TKO 5
              Serrano TKO 10
              Dubois TKO 3
              Love UD
              Fury UD

Only fights that I could see go either way are Paul/Woodley and Baranchyk/Love.

I'm pulling for the Beast but I wonder how much he has left with the wars he's been in (especially Zepeda).

As for the main event, I think Woodley was chosen for a reason; He's old, shopworn, not a great striker and naturally smaller.

                Jake Paul KO 3 round.
                Serrano Decision
                Dubois TKO 5th

Have no idea about Baranchyk vs Love
                Ditto for Fury versus Taylor.

Jake Paul TKO inside of 3 rounds
                  Serrano by TKO
Dubois stops that bum in 1 or 2 rounds tops
Not seen any of Barachyks opponent so no idea
Tommy Fury by stoppage inside 2 rounds. If he can't get that guy out who was fighting as low as 135lbs recently and is frankly one of the worst strikers/boxers I've maybe actually ever seen inside of anywhere then somethings real wrong somewhere.

I think Jake Paul will win by KO tonight.
