Even when the Undisputed was announced and apparently signed on Usyk still went for Chisora not the mandatory fight issued to him is what I’m saying . In that instance Jones is right.
But Usyk beat Chisora in October last year. The Joyce fight was ordered Feb this year, and the undisputed fight was signed in March. So how was Usyk going for Chisora if he already beat him the previous October? I'm fairly sure there was no talk of a second fight, which the WBO wouldn't have permitted anyway as they ordered him to fight Joyce. I think you have your timeline a little mixed up possibly.

So really there's nothing much to discuss in terms of "Joyce not taking the fight"?
      I get it, thanks.
The first guy to get the chance was Charles Martin who declined claiming injury. Then it was Hunter who accepted. So the final eliminator was ordered, and the negotiating period came and went and it went to purse bid, then Hunter pulled out. After that the IBF went down the list in turn with everyone declining. Team Joyce would have received a letter or e-mail and responded by declining. So there was no negotiations. No offer to even consider. It didn't get that far as they weren't interested. And I agree with their not taking it as he's gaurenteed mandatory now after Usyk.
