Pro Baseball has been around about as long as pro boxing (Queensbury rules), with boxing having maybe 30 years on baseball. Baseball has gotten with the times. Boxing has not despite them being around for over a century.
Boxing can learn a thing or two about the US’s most popular sports…baseball, football, basketball.
Doesn’t matter if NSB has nothing to do with baseball. Just get with the times already. It’s fcking ridiculous.
I agree on Rigo vs Casimero not being a robbery. This is the statement I made in the opening post.

3rd fight isn't a robbery... 1st (GrandPac should've won) and 2nd (JMM should've won) were...
All 3 judges kept their jobs and kept judging pro fights. Which shows their suspension meant nothing. That wasn’t even a band-aid. The suspensions were just to do something, anything, to get the heat off of the athletic commission until it blows over. Just to make believe to the fans and media that “something is being done”. “Justice is being served.” Lies.
Williams still has an awful, undeserved W over Lara in his resume. Lara still has an L there.
manny couldn’t win 6 rounds that night let alone the 7 required to win the fight
manny Timmeh 1 was also bad. I can only give Tim 4 rounds and that’s with me looking for rounds to give him
manny could have won 1, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11. and 12. thats 7.maybe he only won 5, maybe 6. but the sheer possibility that he could win 6 or 7 makes it not a robbery and if you step back and watch it now with less emotion you can see oh ok that was a damn close fight. i think people scored it for marquez based on pac doing less than he did in the first 2 marquez fights but the problem is marquez himself also did much less than the first 2 pac fights. it was an overall lower contact fight but marquez doesnt automaticall win the fight based on that. you still have to scores the punches and it was razor close if you go by that.
