A tear is the same thing as a break. A detachment is a more severe injury but even that has degrees and different types. Once again, you're jumping the gun not knowing at all what you're talking about. Chill. Wish this man well and stop talking about his career being over.

Whether it's bad for his career or not. I think the point is making diagnosis like you're a doctor and proclaiming his career over is 1. Inaccurate 2. Weird.

Detached sucks, hopefully he can make a come back. Abner Mares did and Errol Spence doctor is the same as Mares went to and still goes to so Mares is happy with the doctors work.

And it actually showed in his last Showtime commentary. They looked like they were returning to normal. I was happy to see that. All the best to Spence. At least take a few years off. Don't be ****** again and rush back like the first time.

Anyways, Spence said he had 3 opinions on his eye. The conclusion was that he'll be able to comeback and fight the winner of the fight. I'm thinking Bob Bennett saw the report and called it a detached retina when really it was something more minor. Sorta how some people will call a fractured bone broken.
