Agreed. I think Floyd beats everyone on Mannys resume except maybe Margarito and Horn...laugh if you want but Floyd did NOT do well against dirty come-forward fighters like JLC and Maidana. Hatton was similar but he was smaller and Joe Cortez (ref) didnt let Ricky work. Had Ricky been allowed to hold and be dirty like JLC, Maidana, Margarito, and Horn were...who knows?

Do you understand great wins are doing things you shouldn't do because the history books prove it?
What is so good about floyd beating a former flyweight with 70 fights under belt and a green drained kid, there's a reason why floyd was expected to win?
It's only your opinion that those wins are better than Pac s best wins. But Pac having greater more depth resume isn't an opinion, it's fact

if it’s no big deal then why did you for years pick Manny to win? Why did you put Manny in the list of guys Floyd had to beat to be an ATG?

Manny has losses and doesn’t have a more in depth resume.

He fought Floyd at 154 with the ring size he wanted, glove size he chose, ref he selected and judges he appointed. He had all the advantage over Floyd and still lost.
Hatton was undefeated when he fought Floyd. The aura of invincibility was taken away and as always PAC stepped in to beat him.

FYI, Floyd started his career at 130 and Hatton at 140 so Hatton was always the bigger guy. Any excuse about him being smaller than Floyd is hogwash.
You've got a good case there.

Whenever anyone thinks someone will beat floyd it's not necessarily because they think that fighter is really good but rather they're not convinced floyd is that good. Like I'm sure some people thought jm m would best floyd, I'm sure some thought 40 year old S sm would best floyd and that's because they thought floyd was overated.
So when floyd did win, people realised floyd is better than they thought he was, but that's not saying much, because they're not saying beating a man 2 divisions smaller or beating a 40 year old makes it a great win.
              Stop embellishing Floyd's wins

Manny was well on the way to beating Marquez very handily but he got outsmarted and the rest is history. Marques outfoxed Manny and set up the trap.

That being said, I still would rank Manny higher on ATG status at this point. There is a difference between great and better. Floyd is better than Manny head to head. But Pacquiao is greater. Do you understand?
I do because Manny never ducked anyone just to keep a zero in the loss column.

Styles make fights. Floyd has that running style that beats Canelo's style. Pacquaio on the other hand would have gone head to head with Canelo and that style would have lost against Canelo.

Canelo was bigger than Floyd too. I'm not a Floyd fan because of his later years style of not making exciting fights and that colors my view of his achievements.
