There's no shame in that.
Fighters do lose last I checked.
There's about 35-50 guys on all-time great lists who have losses, who are miles ahead of Floyd.
Manny beating prime Thurman a guy Floyd ducked, is far better than anything Floyd did @ ww.
Keep pedestalizing mediocrity thats it.

manny’s win that aged well [Marquez] pales in comparison
Yes, nel o and Pac have did well since Floyd loss, whilst most Floyd victims didnt. So why would you want to draw attention to Pac and nel o doing well since losing to floyd, as it also draws attention to list of the so called good wins of floyd who did nothing after losing to floyd!Rec28 likes this.

Thurman was 29, undefeated, held two belts and beat the two tippy top ww's to become the guy to beat, and Manny beat him. Floyd ducked him.Rec28 likes this.

He lost to Morales once and got plasted by Marquez plus arguably lost at least one of the three fights with Marquez.
Those stats aren’t “stuffs of legends”. That’s an average fighter’s resume. Manny did not dominate Marquez in any of their 4 fights. He lost once to Morales … that’s already more than half of those fights.
If your next argument goest to the 2009-2011 Manny then we’ll just disprove that theory too. Manny fought 6 times in that time frame
Hatton: Floyd had taken his zero.
Cotto: Was robbed by Margarito and weakened by Catchweight.
Clottey: Had lost to Cotto.
Margarito: Destroyed by Mosley a year earlier and weakened by catchweight.
Mosley: Had literally lost to Floyd and drew with Moraa.
Marquez: Arguably lost to Marquez.
He then went on to lose to Bradley and Marquez and magically became no “longer in his prime”.
How can you call that “stuffs of legends”? Now, let’s throw in the Rios, Broner, Vargas, Mathysse fights. Are those “stuffs of legends”?
To be fair, Manny beat Thurman to become the oldest WW champ. That’s something to brag about.
“took Hattons 0” Fkn lol
fans like you think being undefeated actually has any significance for a fight resume. Floyd’s lucky they didn’t take his precious 0 against Castillo because he damn well lost that first fight (and then won the rematch)
And with old man pacquiao getting wins against the thurnans of the world and “potentially” (ugas/Spence) it’s only pushing pacquiao further away resume wise from Floyd.
but hey, maybe wins over Jake Paul and Logan Paul might help floyd lol

I’m glad you admit he lost two fights to Marquez.
All the other semantics I’m just going to ignore like you ignored the facts I listed.
I only have one question for you, prior to 2017, what were your reasons to shït on Floyd’s resume?
It’s pretty clear that you have no idea what the words retired and exhibition mean. Floyd could fight Vanilla Ice tomorrow and that’ll be your new reason to share your toxic hate on the man.
