I guess if you feel that way. You are entitled to yours. As somebody that doesn't incorporate their biased feelings towards either fighter and saw the fight for what it was, Mayweather boxed beautifully on the outside and his movement made Pac's aggression ineffective throughout most of the fight. He was the clear winner and it wasn't even close.

I agree. If he uses his size and length to keep Pac at the end of the stick, it will definitely give him his best chance of maintaining his momentum throughout the fight and taking home a clear win. But if Pac still has anything left at his age and after this long layoff, he will most likely try to drag Spence into a dogfight and will definitely be dangerous for Spence to oblige knowing the dog in em. Can't wait to see how this one plays out.

Many of you act like Spence has fought the best competition out there. Which are his best wins to date? he's is basically unproven as he hasn't never come from adversity to win a fight to show that he can dig down and never has faced a fighter perceived as good as him by the eye test or has defeated the odds.

This version of Manny will be his first real test.

Pacquiao can win this fight even at his age, just shows u that if this fight had taken place in 2010 not one of these welters can stand Infront of Pac-Man. GGG destroyed Brook and Spence was losing that fight until the stoppage. Brook was shot to bits. Will pacquiao get the decision fighting PBC goldenboy? Doubt it

Pacquiao dragging Spence into a dogfight isn't going to go well for him. Spence is a dog.

2017 kell brook who was still a WW champion.
Porter - fought his fight and still dropped him and won
Danny garcia - dominated him like no one else has
Mikey garcia - may not have been a WW but he was very skilled and he's a good fighter in his own right.

he is not unproven at all. im not sure how you can say he has never came from adversity to win a fight when he had a close fight with Porter and some feeling he needed a knockdown to win. or how he fought danny garcia after getting in a life-altering car accident.

when was the last time pacquiao was an underdog? Thurman was a slight favorite but by fight night Pac was the favorite. Last time Pac was the underdog was against Floyd and he just came for a check and didn't try to go out on his shield.

My only wish is that people shouldn't make any excuses after the fight that spence is unproven or spence is past his prime because of car accident etc.....

Floyd never handled pac. All floyd did was get pac s punch out put down which gave false impression pac wasn't doing well.
But someone will make pac think it's time to call it a day if pac continues and could be spence

Anywho, Manny has a championship mentality, even though he has stamina problems late rounds, he has speed, and experience which will come into play.

The second half of the fight is what he needs to be careful about, Thurman was getting in Pac ass during the second half of their fight winning most of the rounds outside of a late rally around the 11th.
85% of the boxing world ? False.
I’ve trained in a lot of gyms in my country, and there’s many fighters who thought that was close. It was far closer than you want to make it out to be. Fact
