I think everyone thought the same thing when Thurman (same record as Spence pretty much) fought Pac.
Both Spence and Thurman fought Porter but I think Thurman had an easier time with Porter. Pac and porter are both quick footed INSIDE fighters (short arms). This is NO EASY FIGHT for Spence.

George Floyd is an example of a criminal and a bad cop-not an example of racism just because race is an infatuation. Nobody uses the term "European-American" unless their parents/grandparents came from Europe.The capitol riots are not an example of racism but an angry political fueled reaction that was not even on par with the "summer of love" provided by ***. I agree. Thurman had Manny against the ropes on too many occasions. He looked faded halfway through. He must prepare differently for Spence because he will be there the whole fight. Pac 2 years inactive and older will not likely look even as good as when he fought an inactive Thurman. This will be a passing of the torch, but I am hoping Manny caps off his career with a win somehow.

I am hoping Manny wins because I love a legend, but there's only two ways Manny can win.

1) Spence basically screws up and doesn't let his hands go for the first 8 rounds. Manny builds up a huge lead on the cards. Thurman gave Manny way too much respect in early rounds. Spence has a solid chin - he won't make that mistake.
2) Manny lands a killer shot that Spence doesn't see and wins by KO. Again, Spence has a solid chin - hard to see that happening.

Manny cannot outwork or outmuscle Spence. That is not possible at his age.

Spence is smart if he loses to crawford he gets paid less, if he loses to pacman he gets paid more, plus he has a higher chance of beating old pacquiao than he does of a prime crawford, spence made a business decision here, he knows manny cant hurt him and is old so he will get the top hat after retiring him and crawford will have no choice but to take 30 percent or no fight
