Since when did Ugas become someone that everyone wants to fight?

And when did he become someone with the leverage to choose who he fights?

For example, Ugas isn’t/wasn’t in a position to choose Errol Spence as an opponent. Spence was gonna choose him until the Pacquiao fight presented itself.

And to be fair, the Porter fight could have gone either way, but we probably won’t see a rematch because Porter won’t choose that fight, even though it would get him right back in the title picture.
