That's not how it works. Shawn Porter has lost EVERY big fight in his career. He beat Danny Garcia in a close fight, stopped an old and shot Paulie. What else has he done? Beat ruined Adrien Broner??? He lost to Spence, Thurman, and Kell Brook. Those were his defining moments and the Danny Garcia win saved him from true gatekeeper status.
