When people mention how great Bud is, I truly laugh out loud. I'm beginning to doubt his potential since he is getting old AF. Thing is, fighting a bunch of bums can prolong a career. Given Bud's propensity of fighting stiffs, he can surely fight well into his 70's.

Regardless of div, a person has to go by the strength of the resume. It saddens me when BOXING FANS refuse to give a persons resume an honest appraisal.

Lol why do you equate Shawn Porter and Pernell Whitaker?

Whitaker was a four division champion. He was the undisputed lightweight champion and lineal welterweight champion. He also won a title above Porter’s weight class at 154, against a guy who’s better than anyone Porter has ever beaten.

Even if you just look at just welterweight, Whitikar beat Buddy McGirt twice.

Who has Shawn Porter beaten on McGirt’s level?

Making claims like this is asking for people to criticize him. He ain't close to ATG even with a Crawford win and he is currently a step above gatekeeper. He arguably just beat the #1 147bler and the last #1 147lber years ago.

Yes he lost to Brook and unnofically to Ugas, but you can say the same about other current P4P fighters.
