Would be interesting to see Joyce vs the big time HW’s right now (whatever that means). I have to wonder if Wilder can land any of his big power shots on Joyce (he seems to get hit far more with looping shots compared to what Wilder really thrives on). I see him wearing down guys like Whyte. I imagine Fury makes him pack a lunch simply due to his defense.

Shouldn't have been stopped. He was rocked, very similar to the AJ stoppage. Very unfair. Joyce probably would've won anyway but let the man go out on his shield! Good.scrap while it lasted though. Would like Wardley vs Takam fight now as well as Joyce vs Chisora...

AJ busted both his eyes up and actually buckled him down prior which is a rule the referee could stop it if he sees knees buckle and not responding to shots or in danger . Big differences.

Could've been a bit early the stoppage, but the ref is right there just a few feet away. So I'll take his expertise on it. Takam can fight another day... whether he was mad or not... can't take chances... especially with a fighter who's getting old and has been in several wars. Joyce though needs some work on the defense, or he will get stopped by either Fury, Joshua, Wilder.

Slow Joe would have a hard time finding Parker, he has much better legs than Takam. Parker was AJs inspiration for Andy II. I would prefer Hrgovic, a big boy who can ****. Vegas in the Fall.

I think Hrgovic a bit overrated hes not that fast or particularly powerful in my opinion he should be good enough to get a title shot at some stage. Interesting to see if he develops he's a good boxer

You just described Joe. He's slow, he pushes his punches, he gets countered off his jab. 50-50 fight. Joe eats more leather than Hrgovic.

Your desire to see Carlos Takam connected to a drip isn't anything to do with the sport of boxing.

20 punches? You are exaggerating! This is boxing and I believe Takam still got a fight in him still in that fight, it's true he got hurt but not yet out or down. The referee was probably nervous and jumped in too quickly for my liking. In my eyes joe was getting punched in the face a lot, it's true the latter rounds joe would have closed the show but in heavyweights there are still chances especially with a punch you might not see coming. That sixth round stoppage was too early for me, there should have been a seventh round to see how Takam would look.

I believe Joe Joyce's face will get hit a lot with the top dogs and his chin that he depends on will disappoint him as he fights on. It's only a matter of time.
