Or Arum can rob Crawford on the cards in his next fight like he did with Pacquiao vs Bradley when Pac was talk about leaving Top Rank to make the Floyd fight.

If Porter accepts (which I think he will), and Terence doesn't vacate (which I think he won't), this fight is next. There's no chance for Arum to rob Terence.

The fight would have to happen with 90 days of the purse bid. If the purse bid happens in August, the fight has to happen by sometime in November. No way Terence fights late October, then fights Porter in November.

Being that no fight for Crawford has been announced, he'd have to get an extension from the WBO to fight somebody besides Porter first.

You took that long to think up of a fight that was signed off and agreed on (Pacquiao) and Mikey Garcia who refuses to work with Arum (when was this fight pursued btw?).

This. Bob will give porter a ridiculous "offer" yet again. What makes people think that bob will now all of a sudden make a reasonable effort at negotiations just because an ABC ordered it? he can tack on any demands he wants in his offer to porter, then spin the news as porter refused his "offer" yet again. then collude with other promoters to ensure the purse bid is even worse or nobody bids on it at all. Then the WBO will allow crawford to defend his trinket against a eurobum potato farmer of his choosing.
