How about the beating that Duran put on Leonard in Montreal; How would it ruin him but it did? Both Muhammad Ali and Roberto Duran were never the same fighters after their career defining moments. Both of them left a lot of themselves in that ring in those fights that they were never able to get back.

Now let's move onto Fury shall we. The very same can be said about him. His win against Deontay Wilder was his career defining moment but now he is just a mentally weak and broken fighter; Who lacks both the focus, drive, motivation and will to fight Deontay Wilder again.

That fight must've taken a very heavy toll on him. It exhausted him to the point of him being both spiritually, emotionally and mentally drained because he is no longer the same fighter. That fight mentally destroyed him.

Which is why he forfeited and quit the trilogy fight by feigning an injury because he no longer has the fight in him and cannot stand pressure. When he is under too much pressure he usually tends to have a nervous breakdown. Which is another reason why the Wilder trilogy bout was pushed back to October.

He won't be ready by then either. However, if he does decide to just go through the motions by cashing himself out against Deontay Wilder without being mentally focused and prepared. Then it won't end well for him.Which is why he shall never step foot back in a ring with him again. He's too mentally fatigued and tired.
The examples you give there are ridiculous. Fury doesn't want to fight Wilder again because he beat him so easily last time that the interest in yet another rematch just isn't there. There are bigger and better paying fights for Fury and he doesn't want to waste his time with another pointless rematch against a bum he already beat twice.

Why would you lie to avoid fighting someone thats so "easy" to beat?

The link you provide says this: 'The Ring was informed by a source, on Monday morning, that the Englishman “definitely has COVID” but is asymptomatic.'

And then has nothing about testing negative yesterday.

In summary: your supporting evidence argues against what you're saying.

You asked a question and I answered it. Now you asked another question and I'll answer that one too: It's slimy to fake Covid which he probably did, but as a boxing fan I don't want to see this crappy fight again so that is irrelevant. I never said Fury is a stand-up guy, but neither is Wilder.

Can you at least acknowledge the response I gave you to your first question and not be coward?

Again, youre not fooling anybody. "Fans" like you are terrible for the sport.

Being a champion is hard work; you've got to be a man of your word and fulfill your obligations.

Both men agreed to the third fight before the rematch. If Fury really wants those other fights, he needs to get past Wilder.

Pacquiao fought Marquez FOUR times. Robinson fought Jake LaMotta SIX times. You want to be a champion, it's time to man up and get the job done.

Well I hope you know that there is still a court injunction in place against Tyson Fury. So he won't be able to fight Anthony Joshua or anyone else until he fulfills his contractually obligated rematch clause with Deontay Wilder.

Also, keep in mind that Deontay Wilder won't relent either because it's not money that he wants. This arbitration ruling could drag on for several more months or even years if Tyson persists on ducking Deontay.

Moreover, by that time Fury will be stripped of his WBC Heavyweight title belt too; Due to inactivity. So Tyson Fury just might retire. The fact is Wilder has Fury by the balls. He won't be able to do those are bigger and better paying fights without him.

                2. Didn't the arbitrator specify that Fury has to face Wilder before Sept. 15? What happens to that? Believe he did but due to the money involved I'm sure Wilder would sign a temporary waiver.
                3. Will Fury hide behind Covid and take steroids? or other PEDs and masked them with some Covid drug? Doesn't sound reasonable that he would get away with it.
                4. What happens to the Dillian Whyte situation for which WBC was waiting for the outcome of this match to decide on July 25? Do they go ahead? I hope they make Whyte-Ruiz or Whyte-Ortiz the final eliminator. And if Whyte ducks, then Ruiz-Ortiz. - God question and maybe someone can tell us.
                2. You cannot force someone to honor a contract if there is a reason (alleged in this case) that they cannot perform. I would not be suprised at this point if Fury is doing this to get out of the fight completely. He might force the arbitrator to derive a fair market value for a contract breach. Everyone assumes that arbitration extends beyond this singular fight in the contract. I could see Fury forcing another arbitration where a monetary value is decided. I don't trust Fury at this point. I think he was honest about his desire to fight, not wanting to sit and wait... But my BS detector went off with this Covid situation.

You are wasting your time with these delusional Neanderthals.
it is beyond mind blowing that Fury beat Wilder twice, 2nd fight being a total annihilation that has rendered Wilder mentally incapable of reasoning.
And yet, somehow, Fury is now scared of a guy he beat twice. It’s just insane!

Has anything concrete been released regarding the positive Covid result? Seems that in order to postpone the fight, some formal documentation should have accompanied an official press release.

Everything I've seen comes across as hearsay. Something isn't right about this.
