Miguel Cotto is the top WW in the world (in my opinion).

i think the reason there is so much debate at WW is all because of margarito. Without having clear proof he cheated (or didnt cheat) against cotto its made the rankings hard to understand. As I had said following the mosley/margarito fight its highly likely margarito DID use those illegal wraps against cotto.

I couldnt get my head around why margarito and his team would view an aging (still dangerous and not finished yet) mosley as a bigger threat to him than miguel cotto and feel using wraps just that ONE TIME against MOSLEY would be needed to ensure a margarito victory?

so unless that gets decided soon no one will know.
