I agree. You have a point! However, he did attempt to breach the contract until Wilder sued him through arbitration to get his rematch clause enforced. Also, as far as the belt is concerned; That is left up to the sanctioning body. Team Wilder is going to have to petition the WBC to strip Fury of the title if he persists on not fighting him again.

There would be no WBC ruling because they didn’t order the third fight .
The WBC has the right to strip Fury if they believe he is deliberately holding up the title or make him champion in recess for not defending his title; Which is going on two years now in October. I predict by October Tyson Fury would be title less because he would have run out of excuses for not giving Wilder his mandatory rematch clause .

Yeah sure ...who are you trying to kid mungo...wilder has no fan base and he’s ****ing useless

Wilder wasn’t suing Fury he was making a case to get his rematch . Any lawsuit would come after the arbitration if Fury had went with the AJ fight .

Well the court ruling was a deadline of September so no legal case can be put on Fury ,I’ don’t see the WBC stepping in anytime soon if at all with reasonable time frame which on,y would happen after October should Fury not defend that belt against anyone . Right now according to them there isn’t even a mandatory yet so the WBC isn’t even pushing the issue .

So you are content with Dillian Whyte just staying on the shelf without getting his opportunity; While Fury plays keep away with the WBC belt? It's not going to work. Fury can hold the belt for 72 months and still won't be able to fight AJ unless he fights Deontay Wilder first.

If he doesn't fight Deontay Wilder then he needs to retire.

Not taking sides in your debate with buddy but, I don't think Wilder's fan base is relevant in this context. Fury is supposed to have it all like Connor Mcgregor, charisma, salesman etc... Fury's antics were supposed to sell no matter the opponent.

Anyways, I keep telling people to look at the top HW rankings. Look at the names lol. selling these fights will be a challenge.

Eddie said it so it must be true right? I'm sure Arum will have a nice reply for young Edward when someone mention this to him lol

But, he isn't wrong - I've looked on the BT Sport website and I cannot see anything about the PPV. I took a look at the stadium tickets and there are a LOT. It hasn't sold very well so it kind of makes sense to push it back and try and market it better. It's easy to say someone has COVID when we are in the middle of a pandemic. Fury and his team should have taken extra precautions if this is legit.
Someone is lying. I heard there were only 2000 tickets left. The live gate had already surpassed Canelo last fight
