Tbh & im not a fan of the matchroom heavyweights but this ain't a bad idea.
I'm sick & tired now of the endless talking with barely any fight's actually happening in the division.
Anything to get the ball rolling.
& no contracts! But we all know slave trader rematch clause junior won't allow that.

Whyteis the WBC interim champ and the actual champ is now inactive for medical reasons, continuing a stretch of activity that is already 15 months long.

I have heard of worse ideas. Fury becomes champ in recess and has the right to challenge for the title upon his return. Whyte fights Wilder now. Wilder therefore gets his shot at the title against an easier opponent. Surely he would be happy with that? The winner then fights Fury in October.

The only bit I would make different is that Fury's title only passes to the winner of Whyte vs Wilder. It doesn't go to Whyte before he fights Wilder.

Deontay Wilder can't afford to go 20 months waiting on whether Tyson Fury still wants to fight him or not. He needs to stay active. All I am saying is let a man who wants to actually fight Deontay Wilder for the title fight him. Since Fury doesn't seem all that keen or interested in doing so. On paper that would be a good fight too.

He already fought joshua in 2015. The aj fight is there in future anyway and he deserves more than 5m. Whyte wanted wilder and youre crying because wilder is protected.

Also whyte rivas did about 360k ppv buys. 7.2m revenue not inc ticket sales.
he prob got around 3-4m which is good money for him. An aj fight does 4-5x the numbers.
Hes done 550k ppv buys vs parker, chisora twice.
          so hes made enough money.

Parker got 7m and whyte beat him.

I’m not against the fight, I’m opposed to Whyte wanting to just be handed the belt in advance of the fight.

The funny thing is there has been no official announcement whatsoever that Fury-Wilder 3 has been postponed. Top Rank and Fox sports have said nothing.

Yeah! I understand what you mean. It should become vacant first and then let those two fight for the title. That makes a lot of sense.

Amount was set by his own promoter.
Your still don't get it. He ducked aj. Too scared to even attempt to fight him again for biggest prize in boxing

Wake up... he's not fighting aj, because he knows he get flattened.

If Wilder contract gets put in front of him, he'll run from that too.
