    First bit correct. But your last sentence goes in a weird direction.

    The fact that the WBC aren't part of this contractual dispute is exactly why they don't need to leave the belt idle.

    COVID isn't just the excuse this time. It's been the excuse for 18 months now.

    How long would Fury need to be inactive before he gets stripped?

      You have to proper laugh at whyte when he comes off with complete preposterous lies like he will dfght anyone.
      for those with memory issues whyte has ducked every single challenge put to him just to recap
      * IBF ordered Pulev
      * WBC ordered Ortiz
      * Joshua
      * Parker
      * Rivas
      Recently Martin challenged him instead of whyte fighting a complete unknown fighter Franklin.
      whyte has some damage after he was brutally KOd by retired Povetkin.

        This is F’KN great idea we could have fury relinquish and say he needs time to recover from COVID and fight AJ after he fights Usyk in December or January and have whyte fight wilder in September or October and then whyte fight the winner of AJ Fury in Jude or July for undisputed what a great plan that would shake up the whole world

                That’s a F’KN superb idea. We could have Fury relinquish the WBC belt based on needing time to recover from COVID, then AJ fights Usyk in September. Whyte fights Wilder in August, September or October Fury and AJ fight in January and then Whyte fights the winner of AJ Fury in July, for undisputed. That would shake up the whole world.

                  where’s the proof from any boxer who stated they were positive for COVID? Are you holding fury to a different standard? Regardless, Whyte shouldn’t just be handed a belt without actually earning it. The guy was splattered across the ring in brutal fashion by an old has been just two fights ago.

                    Yeah, but this is the same guy who begged Hearn for an "easy" fight, after beating a 40 year old.
