Muhammad Ali was very very brave, stood up to the government lost his license for 4 years because of his anti-war stance, while Wilder was cooning next to Trump. Ali was wise, very funny, and very honest and humble in defeat. Ali was a civil rights champion and an anti-war activist in an era where those were crucially important and some of the noblest causes one could dedicate oneself to. What the hell does Wilder have that even comes close to that?

When most black people get wealthy and famous among whites like most people of color do; They have a tendency of feeling very uncomfortable around the same people who closely resemble them. We are blessed in the UK not to have racism polute the vast majority of discourse. Your average boxing crowd in the UK is very mixed and only give a toss about boxing. MMA in the US is not polluted by race. Just boxing.
