Andrade will find a way not to make these fights happen like he did when the Charlo fight was gonna happen. He pulled out because he wasn't getting paid enough in a fight that no one other than the die hard fans knew both fighters. The problem with Andrade is that he thinks he's a star while being content with fighting bs mandatories. -
Alvarez won the 2nd fight. I agree. I think an argument can be made for Trip G. That jab just bothered Alvarez all night. He backed up Alvarez a ton, and wobbled him in one of the late rounds. But Canelo hit from more angles, landed combinations as Golovkin was landing one at a time and I believe he won a close, amazingly entertaining fight. I think any level headed, honest boxing fan would say that Golovkin should have won the first fight. That draw was lame. It is also true, and cannot be denied, Alvarez dropped his 160 title to avoid Golovkin back in 2016. On the official scorecards there is exactly one round separating Alvarez from Golovkin. Those were both such amazing fights and Golovkin has been the only boxer in the past 4 years or so to give Canelo a real fight. There was a huge appetite for the third match. But after the childish manner Golovkin handled his defeat in the second match, and how little real fighting he has done since, I do not think Golovkin deserves a shot at redemption anymore. He has fought not a single name as Alvarez continues to challenge himself and fight champions. I hope Canelo never gives him that third match.Comment

DAZN must have signed GGG to a completely ridiculous contract. It seems like he is just going to run it out fighting bums. He's a millionaire, and once his contract is over, he will probably retire.Comment

I don't think he's content at all! Andrade went to DAZN expecting to get work! Saunders failed his drug test, and Canelo and GGG, are avoiding him! Sean Namm needs to improve his journalism. You can’t cite Clenbuterol as a banned substance without context. There was no threshold back then, so this in wrong:

Looks like someone has a bastardized double standard here doesn't it? Acting like Andrade is some real killer who only fights MW Champions and wants the best when in reality, he's worse than the imaginary GGG you pretend GGG is.
I'm all for the fight and I think GGG will still win. Why don't you ask Andrade what the hold up is? Maybe this time he'll decide to fight a top 20 guy and look unremarkable again. Then after he can brag how everyone is avoiding him LMFAO

Golovkin should make Charlo his "mega fight" on his way out. The Canelo trilogy probably won't happen and that's all Golovkin's really waiting on - or so it appears.
Who knows if Canelo can even make 160 anyhow. He should leave it to Jermall and Gennadiy and stay at 168. There's nothing left for him at 160.Comment
