Agree with this. While I think the Loma/Lopez fight was close, I also thought it was pretty clear who won. Defeating another young undefeated who presents a different challenge stylistically would establish more legacy-wise than another victory over a fighter he already defeated.

Definitely. But don't see it next though. Think they'll leave Haney for 140.

Now if you Loma fans have been salty since he took that L and desperately want vindication because it will make your personal life better, then that’s on you. But I’m speaking from a boxing perspective, not as a fanboy.
You’re 100% correct. Most providing input are replying with panty waste emotion. He’s already beaten the pfp1 in all of boxing but that still isn’t good enough. Want to know why UFC fans laugh at boxing “fans” endlessly? Read above and you’ll find the mentally stunted, former felon, high school drop outs of society.

If I knew any better I’d think they were angry ex girlfriends of Lopez.

Lots of haters for Pacquiao Teofimo Canelo & others. I don't agree--they are all great fighters. Maybe they beat a fan favorite and upset some people. ha ha

The thing that does nothing for his career is fighting no-name tomato cans and making trash talk excuses to avoid taking on top competition. Loma's statement victory over Nakatani showed he's still very much relevant at 135, and considering the questions raised by his inactivity in the first fight, settling it emphatically with a second victory against the former P4P#1 would very much be good for his legacy... if he can pull it off. So would cleaning out his division, fighting the likes of Davis, Haney, just to put the email champion talk to rest for good, and even Garcia, to shutdown the premature 4 kings nonsense.

Lopez has plenty of good fights that could enhance his career, but since his victory of Loma he's been busy ducking them all. And without those, a Taylor super fight just doesn't look as good, especially with Taylor chasing Crawford. Unlike Taylor, who did clean out the best of good division, Lopez has plenty of top undefeated fighters that he's not fighting. Without the drive to take on that top competition, his legacy is going to be weak at best.

The vast majority of boxing fans don't want to see a Loma vs Teo rematch. They would much rather prefer to see a Teofimo Lopez vs Devin Haney undisputed bout instead and I just so happen to be one of them. Take care of business first with Haney then go back to Loma.

Just make the damn fights that matter in this division because the KamBozo show on Triller definitely isn’t cutting it

"We know Lomas defeat was a fluke and he will Ko Teo and the whole team if we give him a rematch"

The bold is true for me. Only disgruntled Loma fanboys would want to see him avenge his loss. Nobody really cares. First fight was a bore.
