Tank had done nothing of significance as of yet. Josh Taylor is legend already, being undisputed gets you in the record books. Tank will be in there too but with asterisks showing he avoided the best and more popular fighters. It’s kind of sad.Comment

Only weirdos/nerds care about what another fan base is doing. His fan base made him a millionaire, that’s all that matters. You nerds on a boxing blog talking about academics and maps all because your feelings are hurt a black man accomplished and earned more in one night than you did your entire life.
Boxing fans want to see the best fight the best. Not be told "This guy is the best, and because of that, he will never fight the champ."
Cong**** on being a fan of men making money though.Comment

That's what you get from that? Okay, here's the opposite side without your weak *****ass narrative.

He’s a fanboy. You’re wasting your time with him. They swear everyone Loma faces is great. They’re trying to make it seem like Nakatani was a P4P fighter.Last edited by Amir Imam; 06-29-2021, 08:54 AM.Comment

Thats at the heart of why a few of these cats in this post are so triggered. There is a real bitterness about tank and his success so far. They hate that he sells out arenas in various American cities and they hate that he sells PPVs. They also hate that tank refused to be lured to dayzin by young Edward who was trying to use farmer as bait to get tank. Notice how quickly Edward abandoned farmer after he lost. The bitterness in this thread you’re seeing pointed at fans who enjoy seeing tank fight is specifically a British problem and one that I have spoken about before. There is a tendency towards people in Britain having a complex about America and being known to Americans. If it is perceived that we are not being given respect by the USA or if they don’t know about specific British countries within the kingdom or are not respecting British fighters as well respect as they are in the U.K. it can give the highly “motivated” U.K. sports fan a bit of an inferiority complex. The idea that the 15k fans in Atlanta that watched the fight love don’t go around thinking about Scotland or England or Wales or Cornwall or Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man etc can be perceived as disrespectful to them. You don’t really notice this until you leave the U.K. and spend a significant time in the USA and understand how big the USA is and how many countries across the globe are influenced by American culture…they all want the USA to “notice” them…Last edited by Oldskoolg; 06-29-2021, 09:58 AM.Comment
