I can train for 4 hours in the gym and I’m close to 45 years of age. I have a banana, big oatmeal, soy milk, and protein bar for breakfast. It’s enough for a 4 hour regimen easily. You’re also confused with time management. It’s not like Canelo is hitting the shield for an hour… lol.
