I remember when AJ told Johnny Nelson that he wouldn't let someone rush his career when it came to fighting Wilder. If Wilder ain't an elite fighter AJ shoulda been in a rush to snatch that belt a la Charles Martin.

He did get KO'd by someone nobody considered an elite Heavyweight at the time, I'm not 100% sure the consensus is he is now.. Wilder has only lost to an elite Heavyweight. Can AJ say the same?

Even more irony to this statement is AJ was trying to be like Wilder when DW, slept his "tomato can" but went in for the kill & left out with the 1st loss of his career.

Always thought Wilder would stop if he didn't duck Joshua for an unfit Fury back in 2018, right now I just don't know anymore. I just think mentally Wilder isn't the same guy after Fury ran through him.

No lies there, Wilder was spoon fed so many trash opponents, part of the reason why he can't compete with Fury and was lucky to land on old man Ortiz. Joshua won't have to worry about Wilder once Fury retires him.

Yet AJ got absolutely smashed by a morbidly obese tomato can.

Joshua is far from an elite level fighter too though. There’s only one elite HW and that’s Tyson Fury. AJ and Wilder are both far too limited to be considered elite.

I actually think Wilder vs AJ is the most exciting fight at HW though, purely because it’s essentially just a shootout between two vulnerable punchers. Both only have a punchers chance vs Fury on the other hand, I highly doubt either ever beat him.

The only fitting end would be if these two clowns were to knock each other out at the same time. Both are delusional in terms of their self perception and both are excuse making bozos. On one end, wilder’s excuses for his loss were more ridiculous than Joshuas but on the other end, Wilder didn’t quit under adversity like Joshua did.

Styles make fights, and that couldn't be more apparent than the current HW division. Wilder sparks everyone not named Fury, meanwhile a matchup between JoshuaV.Fury is a toss-up because they match up so well.
