I find it hilarious that Floyd fans literally expect everyone to just say,oh we'll the ref was within his rights to blatantly cheat for Floyd so its ok.

If Reynoso or Roach got away with the same bs, we'd never hear the end of it.
I mean, I don’t know how it can be made any more clear really.

The rules state that if a trainer enters the ring, it is the referees discretion to DQ or not. It’s not an automatic DQ in that scenario.

You could argue the ref should have called a DQ, sure, whatever. But he didn’t and he wasn’t obliged to according to the rules.

A ref not calling a DQ there is not cheating. As I said, it’s the refs discretion in that situation and he decided against it.

    Simple as that.

So your argument is literally that"oh well that no other ref would ever allow a fighter to be choked out by opponents trainer because the ref is technically allowed to do whatever he wants"? Do you not see how crazy that sounds?(for 1 thing its unfair to Judah because he took damage from getting choked)

Imagine if Pac or Canelos trainers did the same & they warent punished. We'd hear about it in every single fight for eternity (ppl like ShaneMosleySr would use that as proof of how rigged every fight supposedly was for Canelo)

Your argument equates to defending a ref who lets a fighter take 20 seconds to recover from a kd,& then waives it off as a pt deduction for the other fighter(because after all a ref can disregard every rule technically)

just think about this: when Uzi was beating the living sht outta Quitter Dirrell,& barely accidentally hit him after the bell,& Dirrell flopped like a fish pretending to be kod,Uzi was still DQ'd.(thats the fighter accidentally hitting after the bell & opponent literally blatantly faking injury from it,but the ref still did what he was supposed to by the rules. Just as in other cases when a fighter was ruled kod,& later the commission changed it to a DQ anyways because of a technicality arising from the same thing Dirrell did.(fighter faking kod after bell to cheat)

(& Then when Dirrells uncle sucker punched Uzi his uncle was banned for life & issued a warrant, but of course the rules don't apply to Floyds trainers in vegas of all places(& I have zero doubt that if his uncle did that during the fight,Uzi would've won by DQ)

It was the foot catching that caused the stumble and over balance, that's what the ref seen, Ive seen it clearly as well on video so you gotta find the right tape that really shows it, the overhead shot shows it but the side view where you can see their feet really shows it.

My argument is that the rules for a trainer entering the ring is to the refs discretion to call a DQ. It’s not an automatic DQ. I’m not sure how I can make that easier for you.

The ref is not breaking any rules by not calling a DQ there.

As for the situation, the melee broke up because Yoel Judah confronted Roger to which broke out into a physical altercation which Zab Judah decided to get involved in. After that, it was impossible to see what had happened because there was about 20 people in the ring.

Regardless it’s irrelevant, your argument holds no water because no rules were broke by the ref and according the the rules, if a trainer enters the ring it’s entirely the refs discretion to call a DQ or not.

He didn’t call a DQ, and that’s the end of the story.

I criticized a ref giving long counts.

            I wasn’t the only one.

I can criticize a ref for that and not criticize a ref for not DQing Mayweather at the same time.

The ref you’re complaining about followed the rules.

90% of the shi it on here ISNT about boxing. It’s about the writer trying to INSTALL HIMSELF into boxing. Which is all about ego & insecurities.
Im not interested in hearing about how great the WRITER is. I’m very interested in the intricacies of the sweet science.
