Thats why I mentioned Joe Louis.

If you know Joe Louis existed, it’s impossible to come to the conclusion that Floyd Mayweather was the best fighter of all time.

The clown show impacts Mayweather’s legacy because there’s video evidence of him losing rounds to a YouTuber.

    He didn’t hold Paul up.

I understand the financial reasons for Mayweather to do these exhibitions. It impacts his legacy if he looks bad.

I don't understand the fixation on Louis? why not Leonard, Ali, Robinson? Any of these could arguably be the GOAT.

No it isn't, obviously, I'd definitely say it's easier to argue Mayweather was better than Louis than the other way around.

All those names are also reasons why Mayweather can’t be the best boxer ever.

I picked Joe Louis because he is my personal pick as the best boxer of all time.

          That should never happen.

I know this because everyone was in agreement until Mayweather embarrassed himself.

Now his fans say it just doesn’t matter.

          It does.

Are you aware that it wasn’t a professional fight or no?

It doesn’t matter if it was on his record or not.

There was a boxing ring and a referee and Mayweather looked awful against a random person off the streets.

              HILARIOUS.

Because you forgot that Floyd is 44 years old, has been retired almost 4 years and Canelo has said he will NEVER drop to 160?
I think people are more or less upset that these people get a shot at the bank with having not really earned it with the blood, sweat and tears. How this crap made any real money with nobody there and such abysmal hype is beyond me. Maybe there was hype thru the Logan Paul circles or something but I have no idea. It was always going to be easy money for Floyd.

P.S. Floyd took the easy route to get his 50th win in Berto and that rubs a lot of people the wrong way as well.

                  It literally totally matters.

                  It’s not a professional boxing match, that’s a fact.

Exhibitions are not a new thing to Boxing.

It literally means nothing toward his Pro boxing career.

These are just facts of the matter.

Floyd is 44 years old. He is retired. This fight does not count towards his record or legacy. How is it that you don’t get those facts?
Since you keep pulling in the Joe Louis card when talking about Floyd, let’s give you a taste of your own medicine, shall we?
Joe Louis fought 41 exhibition fights and made $210,000. Proof below

Did those fights ruin his legacy in your opinion?

I do agree with you. Overall big picture.
People are biased in general and the best example is the Berto anger. Most of The same people that criticize the Berto fight, have no problem at all with the PAC-Margarito Catchweight or Cotto-PAC Catchweight fights or even PAC fighting guys that were literally coming off losses and had no business being in the ring with him (Broner, Rios, Mathysse, Clottey, Mosley etc).
