Comments Thread For: Wilder Continues To Claim Fury's Gloves Were Tampered With, Says Deas Was Just Inexperienced

When has the “commission” EVER discovered anything pertaining to the ever available compromised glove in any boxing match whatsoever? It’s always been a camp affiliate that was convinced “something ain’t right” about their opponents history in prior fights.
Hopefully Wilder takes actual steps in making sure Fury’s not cheating again. Who the hell is Fury for Wilder not to have someone designated for checking Fury’s gloves specifically this time around? Wilder better not let fan-girl hysteria stop him from making sure.
Who cares if fan-girls think he’s an excuse making machine; it’s not them in the ring with a guy who’s cheated already with no qualms whatsoever about his past indiscretions.
Fury said that he’d “never” ever fight Wilder again, and that Wilders accusations were directed at his Gypsy peoples legacy overall. Wow, what a unique way to “bore” ahead without any responsibility and to keep his status on his PEDestal for his fan-girl groupie love.Comment

Are you referencing scandals prior to 2014 or WBC title fights after that? Effective January 1, 2014, the WBC implemented very strict guidelines regarding the selection, safekeeping and inspection of gloves. (please see here: https://www.boxingscene.com/wbc-prai...-policy--81593) Suffice to say, it would be fairly difficult to tamper with the gloves.

Is there ever going to be a point in Wilder’s boxing career when he thinks, ‘I should just shut the **** up and box’?Comment

Wilders side acted dodgy as **** over that offer, had to be accepted by speaking a specific set of words within 24 hours.
Refused to send a requested contract, refused to hold any requested meetings.
They either weren’t expecting a positive response and were trying to buy time or they were up to something, Hearn would have been absolutely crucified for that.
AJ was dumb and naive for that statement but to act like Wilders side were innocent is farcical.

I don't ever care about the nationality of any fighter... It struck me as strange when I got here and people used nationality as a criteria for fandom...I truly did not understand it. I understand aspects of it now... But its still not me. My favorites fighters are all over the world.
I'm not talking just about the "I want to kill Fury" nonsense. I'm talking about all the lies, slander and delusions over the past 6-7 years. And it isn't like wrestling where he thinks this is a game. They mean everything they say. Stop trying to justify him and the loonies that support such a freak show. If this were done by a British fighter, you'd be singing from a completely different song sheet.Comment
