Yes he did. Even if the disadvantages were being stacked against Pac.. Pac in the eyes many around the world. Won that with a busted shoulder against an IV ridden Floyd who ran and hugged for 12 ***** rounds.. Amazing stuff.

Can you read? I'll try this again, you make post after post about how Floyd is irrelevant in boxing but 90% of your posts are about him. Why?

I know you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer but it's a pretty simple question. Even so, feel free to read slowly......

Not one CREDIBLE boxing publication, announcer or historian had Manny winning this fight.

floyd's highest profile wins are questionable when you consider context.

Castillo - even floyd fans admit he lost this one.

ODH- past prime, split decision - i.e. the win isnt even clear.

mosley - past prime. floyd ducked mosley for years.

ortiz - cheap shot in a fight many had ortiz winning to that point. (i read somewhere floyd may also have tested positive for PEDS prior to fight).

cotto - life and death fight with past prime cotto who had already suffered several beatings. a lot of people thought cotto won.

canelo - MD against a green weight-drained fighter.

Maidana - floyd needed a second fight since most people thought maidana was robbed in the first.

pacquiao - BS decision. floyd was outlanded almost 2:1 (see spoon's videos) by a one-armed, past-prime opponent. (Floyds TUE probably approved after a 6-7 figure payment to usada).

I'm surprised no one's mentioning the Tenshin KO, that's very impressive...

This is basically it. Sums up how watered down his accomplishments are.

Name one CREDIBLE boxing publication, analyst or expert that had Manny winning. Don't waste much time because there isn't any. Busted shoulder? Hmmm, in the pre fight survey, Pac listed no injuries. IV ridden? He got the okay from the commission. Ran and hugged? Side stepped and made Manny fight his fight. Along the way, Floyd out landed Pac in both power punches and total punches. You need to start living in reality, Floyd EASILY beat your hero and your undying man love will never change that.

                      2) Floyd has a number of big names on his resume

                      3) When you have a number of big names on your resume, it is extremely important to look at what version of the big name you fought/beat. Because, for example, beating Muhammad Ali in his prime, is much different than beating him when Trevor Berbick did.

Honestly I can't believe someone is arguing that we don't need to take into account the form of the fighter at the time of the fight.
C’mon man, I’m not arguing that you don’t need to take into account the form of the fighter in the fight at the time. Age, weight, losses, damage, wear and tear, effort etc. That’s all assumed. But if you ask for someone’s five biggest wins and someone gives your their answer, then why say those names need asterisk’s? Like someone is trying to hide something? We all saw the fights, we all know all the details. So do you have a different five then? Are they all fighters that you would consider to be in their prime and at their best weight? If you tell us then I guess we can judge for ourselves ( if you have stated already I’m sorry for not searching ) Everything is already taken into account when someone gives their answer. Unless your whole point is not that you disagree with his five biggest wins that most people mention but that they actually aren’t that quality compared to historical precedent of other fighters deemed to be great? And that can be your opinion, you can say Floyd’s super overrated and that’s totally fair. Now imagine you have to name your top five Floyd wins then explain why they are better than the usual suspects listed? Imagine you had to do a list those same opponents top five wins? And so forth and so forth. That should give some perspective.
