Manny was clearly better than all those guys even if he wasn’t prime.

prime manny was 130 lbs. then you’d be criticizing it like you do the jmm fight- for bringing him up 2 weight classes.

          your bias is ridiculous.

Canelo also had wins over 39 year old SSM and Trout, like Thurman had wins over Porter and Danny..
Was barrera pfp no1 then when Pac fought barrera. Barrera was on a 8 winning streak, beating hamed along the way better than anyone Floyd had fought.

Doesn't matter thurman only had one fight in 2 years before he thought Pac so has Pac before fighting spence. Bottom line thurman had bona fide wins was battle tested. Nel o had only beaten trout another inexperienced fighter.

When Floyd beat nel o it was no big deal people didn't know what future held for nelo. Could have disappeared after Floyd loss and it wouldn't surprise people. Nel o was unknown quantity.
Thurman wasn't unknown. Pac didn't know what version would show up and he was preparing for the best Thurman. Floyd hadn't seen a great nel o because nobody had seen it yet. Whàt version version of nel o was scary? Nel o wasn't a ko artist. Nel o hadn't outpointed anyone worth a damn. Nelo himself said he was too inexperienced at the time so if you won't listen from horses mouth who are you going to listen to?I

The furore after Pac beat thurman was like seeing the Beatles in the 60s. That's how good it was, historically. Floyd win was no big deal at time as nel o wasn't a monster. Floyd had beaten a hypejob as far as anyone was concerned so how could anyone be excited about win?

Floyd didn't beat Manny when Manny was in his prime.

He beat Corley when Corley was in his prime.
