Incorrect. Al Haymon has given his usual envelope to the WBA president, but has told Manny and his team to agree that the letter came from them so as not to raise any su****ions.
Well, that's a fail. Haymon does this far too often for it not to have his stink on it.

He was stripped ..."in recess"...but it was extraordinary circumstances. Covid...Pac aint't fighting in an empty arena. He's a senator in a country facing a crisis. He didn't lose his belt in the ring. And in the end, he decides to face another welterweight with a title.
IMO, Ugas shouldn't feel bad...he didn't exactly earn the title in the ring. I'm sure he'd rather beat a legit title holder. It means nothing.

For this corruption to continue, it needs all the support it can get. People like you are who they want and need. Someone with no honour or moral decency.

The WBO and IBF aren't as bad but they are not fine.
The WBO pretty much does whatever Arum and/or Warren want.
The IBF is the best at following their own rules, but their rankings are garbage and consequently they end up with bums as mandatory challengers derailing much better fights.
All four are absolutely garbage.
The Ring has been compromised by De La Hoya but they're still better than the alphabet soups simply because they don't crown "interim" or "regular" champions and because they rank all the fighters in the division. The alphabet soups only rank fighters following specific paths towards their own belts and they don't rank each other's champions, so a vacant title fight for the IBF/WBC/WBO/WBA almost NEVER features the two best fighters in the division.
The TBRB has picked up where the old Ring left off and they're currently the most credible organization. Their rankings aren't perfect but at least they're not in it for the cash

Yordenis Ugas deserves to be the rightful WBA welterweight Super champion because he's been active.
