You didn't proof you had a chin the bell saved your ass, with 30 seconds left Linares would of stop you!!!! FACTS are FACTS!!!

What was pathetic was how Linares let Haney tie him up so easily. He put up zero resistance to the clinch.

Intimidation is part of the game and nobody is afraid of a hug. Linares lost all respect for Haney, he clowned him and strutted, he wasn't afraid. Haney can't bust an egg, his defense has holes, and he fades. The fear he inspires, is about getting hugged all night by a guy.

I guess we have to define hurt. Not often but every now and again Floyd drops an insightful nugget in an interview. I once heard him say speaking about the spark from Shane Mosely that "when you get hit with a shot like that, you don't even feel it. But everything spins". That's what I think Haney meant. Now a body shot like Garcia threw in his last fight? I'm sure that hurts.

In general, it's much better to be dropped than to be hurt. You can dropped without being truly hurt (balance, positioning, etc.). But you can really hurt and never fall. Take JMM vs. Pac IV. Pac dropped JMM, not really hurt. But he landed a right in the 5th I think, that had JMM in more trouble than in any of their fights.

In this case, had he been flashed dropped, it's okay, happens. But he looked really hurt.

Why do you think he was hurt?

My dude you did the Booty Dew and started laughing it off, I saw it coming too. Before he supposedly started "pleasing the fans"

Wasn’t Cotto rocked out of socks more than once early in his career and still went on to have a hof quality career. Ward was dropped early in his career but was never stopped. Canelo was wobbled by a lightweight who moved up two weight classes to fight him and has never been stopped. All these examples were against much lesser opposition. It’s not a huge deal.
