    Weak?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Linares has at least hurt every name fighter he's been in with.

I could only imagine if it was Lopez, Garcia, or even Tank landing those shots. Wouldn't be pretty....

It’s crazy how “fans” think a young fighter getting hurt somehow makes them a hypejob and overrated. Wasn’t Cotto rocked out of socks more than once early in his career and still went on to have a hof quality career. Ward was dropped early in his career but was never stopped. Canelo was wobbled by a lightweight who moved up two weight classes to fight him and has never been stopped. All these examples were against much lesser opposition. It’s not a huge deal.

Haney was buzzed for sure, but Linares couldn't couldn't repeat that in the last two rounds. Credit to both guys, nice fight.

If Haney had more power he would've stopped Jorge as others have done, but he got his biggest win, and now to big fights.

Canelo was 19 and a prospect, Cotto was in his 16 fight and a prospect, not a so called champion. Try again Jab Jab Whiff.....

Well said! Just my opinion but, i think those saying this see life in social media/youtube time or just don't understand boxing/pro sports. If they applied that so called logic to their own lives, they would have pulled the plug a long time ago.

Hopefully those guys will fight him then. It should be easy money if that’s the case.

Haney did sparkle for most of the fight, but then was in serious trouble late.

It was a good learning experience. He hasn't fought a lot of high-level guys yet and this is what happens when you finally do...you get shown the ch1nks in your armor. Just analyze what went wrong, fix it, and become a better version of yourself. Don't waste the lesson.

                      This is the boxing way.
