Reportedly Bud’s deal with Arum is up in October. Bob has repeatedly said he’s losing money on Bud and can’t pay to make big fights because Bud can’t sell.
If he stays with Top Rank then he’s clearly ducking the big fights and hiding behind his promoter.
Leave TR and take some legacy fights or take the easy route and retire as a “what if” fighter and be quickly forgotten. His choice.

With all the **** that Arum talks about Crawford, why would TR look to re-sign him?

TR has slim pickings at 140-154. Other than Taylor/Ramirez, there's no reason for TR to keep TC around. I can't wait til October.

i try to take those idiots with a grain of salt...its not always easy but i try...deep down we know they say stuff like that beause they loathe anything associated with al haymon and the pbc...to them nothing the pbc does is every good at all let alone good enough...its a sickening disease....these guys will try to tell you the pbc has "ruined boxing" if you let them...

I can understand why Crawford signed with Top Rank again as a personal decision, that was good guaranteed money.

I'm thinking Bob's logic in offering Crawford the deal was righting his wrong with Mayweather years ago. Bud is a very gifted fighter, and he actually has a pretty fan friendly style, but he just doesn't have the charisma to be a breakthrough talent. I'm guessing he now see's that, because he sounds ready to move on. He should've offered Pac the money. I'm sure it would've paid itself back over time versus letting Bud fight all these unknowns for a pretty penny.

I would agree with u if Pac was 10 years younger. He isn’t though. Pac is going to be very dangerous for the first 4 rounds.
Crawford is really a 135 pounder. Spence is a more natural 154.
Manny’s FIRST CHOICE was Crawford for a reason.
