I think I had it 7-5 Lopez. If Lomachenko hadn't fought so scared first 6 he could have won.

Calling a profession fighter "scared" when you'd never step in the ring is not a good look, kid.

Just accept it, Loma fought like a frightened little mouse for most of the fight.

He’s a good fighter, just ran into a younger, stronger, better fighter.

Loma is as good as useless with his angles if you have a decent pivot, as Lopez showed. Take those away from Loma and he has no answers. He’s one dimensional, just in a less basic way so people don’t realise it. He can only fight one way.

Lopez too well rounded for Loma.

...I have no words for this comment.

            Straight up hypocrisy.

So let me get this right.

In ANY OTHER FIGHT, you guys are all over "who LANDED more" - but just because of this one, all you care about is a guy throwing and whiffing punches because he "looked" more active.

            Ok.

              Stop ducking the question.

Timestamp the domination you speak of.

I thought it was a draw also or 7-5 Lopez. Julie Lederman turned in a card worthy of Addle brain Byrd.
Leicesterage Combat Talk Radio likes this.

Watching that confirmed to me that the 12th was a clear Lopez round. That dude was giving Lopez no credit for the body shots and jabs he was landing. Furthermore, the hardest shots were landed by Lopez. Lopez slightly buzzed Lomachenko in the 12th as well. By Compubox, in the 12th round, Lopez threw more total punches, more power punches, landed more power punches, and did so at a higher percentage. So that debunks his Lomachenko was "the effective aggressor" narrative.

And as I said the night of the fight:

                    I can accept a 7-5 Lopez win.

                    I can accept a draw.

                    I can accept a 7-5 Loma win.

                    WHY?

That's how SWING ROUNDS work - and there were two of them.

Anyone who is honest with themselves did not see Teofimo blow that man out.

People are too fixated on "who won" - I said it before, Loma LOST, Teo did not win. There's a difference. Biiiiiig difference.

Even Porter had 7-5 Lopez - and the reason he did was he scored it like a judge scored it. But a judge would have been swayed by swing rounds.

Lopez barely landed on Loma, bro. You're crediting shots that were deflected. And as we've repeatedly said, CompuBox is HIGHLY flawed - else we need to say that Keef beat Manny clearly for the same reason.

                      Think about this.

Lopez is HUGE and we know he has power.

If Lopez was causing the damage you say he was, why was Loma constantly coming forward, never staggered except for the dirty shot?
