That could very well be the case for sure. If it plays out this way I can't imagine that many people would be surprised. Spence is one of the best fighters on the planet, and in his prime. Pacquiao is incredible, a living legend -- but as they say...Father Time is undefeated. And to be going up against Father Time AND one of the absolute best pound for pound fighters on the planet, it certainly feels like on paper that it will just be far too much for Pacquiao to overcome.

Pacman is a legend but this is a ****** fight. Why is Spence fighting a 42 year old grandpa? Spence and Crawford have to stop acting like a bunch of p u s s I e s and fight each other.

Well #1 it's prizefighting and 42 year old grandpa or not, a Manny Pacquiao fight is easily the biggest payday that Spence could ever get.

You answered your own question, young fighters love to fight legends, one is a ATG legend the other trying to become one, this is what the top guys do lol.

Pac wants the smoke. If he didn’t he would have retired and dropped the belt. He’s still not a walk in the park for anybody. This might not be THE fight but it’s hilarious you’re crying over a pretty damn great fight.

Pacquiao career ending fight happened years ago against Marquez. There is nothing Errol can do to top that. That being said Manny could still be the best competing today and could shock the world. Manny earned this fight or any other he wants, Spence needs the stardom that comes with this fight. It’s an excellent fight 10 out of 10.

Would it be THAT surprising if Pac won to call Spence a laugh stock? He's legitimately a Top welter. I favor Spence, but Manny's never been an easy out. He's going to make Spence earn it if he wants the win.

Ugas has a belt but is with PBC.

True but someone like you would be the first to criticize if a prime Pacquiao was fighting an old legend here...it's a shame pacquiao is asian and not black otherwise he'd have another fan in you, home slice....and you know it's true
