Yes, we're happy because our guy won his case and there is not a damn thing that you or Team Tyson can do about it but moan, complain and bitch over it.

This AJ fight should've been announced a long time ago.

I know one way Fury can avoid the fight now...he can hang em up.

Or, if Wilder is such a light touch, he can fight him, and get him out the way.

Keep hope alive though. Who am I to crush your dreams?
what happens is there will b a monetary judgment awarded to Wilder over breach of contract...thats ALL that will occur if Fury decides to not fight Wilder again.

I'd rather see fury v Joshua than a 3rd fury v wilder fight right now. Fury should drop the WBC strap and fight Joshua anyway, the winner would fight for the WBC after raking in millions eventually

Arbitrational rulings are both legally binding and enforceable in courts.

Victory on the road for Deontay Wilder. I Couldn't be more proud of him now. He gets the opportunity to take back what is rightfully his that someone tried to steal from him; Which is the WBC Heavyweight title. Isn't this a great country or what?

Again if the penalties were going to be minimal. This AJ-Fury fight would've been announced before. Hearn's been claiming since February it was done, and Fury's crackhead ass didn't confirm the fight until yesterday. Now this.

It's clear at this point some of you will believe what you want, and follow Eddie Hearn to the death.

The fight with AJ ain't happening. Fury has been ordered to fight Wilder next. Period.

They will try to bribe Wilder with a guarantee of the winner, an offer he will not take. Top Rank and Fury will not proceed with a fight vs AJ, with a lawsuit hanging over their heads. It makes no sense monetarily at this point..

He will be stripped of his title, and sued for tens of millions..

This has been tried and done before. In the end, the guy proceeded with the fight he was obligated for.

Bro, this could've taken place 3 months ago, and AJ and Fury could still be fighting in August. Makes you wonder who's out here making decisions.
