The reason Canelo is the biggest star

Other guys don`t even dare to be great.

Charlo refused to fight Canelo and also is not in rush to fight Benavidez or Andrade.

GGG is fighting bums, doesn`t even fight Andrade.

    Spence doesnn`t even fight Crawford.

It is what it is. Canelo is the guy that is willing to challenge him self. I am not his fan or something, but this guy keeps boxing alive right now.

He is willing to take on all the best guys in his division, he also already fought one jr. heavyweight champ.

I'm glad you're realizing why I've been riding with him for all these yrs despite no longer being a fan of others who were unwilling to take risks. (Whether you think he deserved to win them all or not,you gotta commend his risk taking)

Or ANYONE else. Charlo won't fight GGG, BJS, Callum Smith...hell he won't even rematch Korobov lmfao

GGG literally passed on Canelo 3 in December, 2020 so he could fight Szermeta. Good joke. Didn't rematch Jacobs or Dervenchenko either (unsurprisingly)

Sadly, Spence is damaged goods. He looked very basic in his fight against Garcia and Danny stunned Errol at least twice. Not surprising Spence doesn't want to fight anyone with a pulse.

Canelo might've been HANDED being the face of boxing but he's EARNED that title since

You don't have to like Canelo but to not respect what he's doing is just being intellectually dishonest, with all these fighters cherry picking nobody's.

I have noticed that a lot of his biggest haters from the past 10 years are starting to come around, they must be tired of being wrong so often and looking so ****** for always picking against him.

He is very fortunate that he is worth the risk for these guys. If he didn't get guys their highest paycheck, he certainly wouldn't have amassed the resume he does and having everyone want to fight him. It's a shame that some of these guys get in there and don't even look like they are trying to win. Yes he is great at making fighters not fight like usual but they seem happy to be getting paid and putting up minimal effort. Nobody wants to risk losing the Canelo payday and it's ****ing frustrating.

Erislandy Lara was considered high-risk, low-reward when Canelo fought him.

Canelo didn't care and took the risk anyway.

That's what these other boxers don't understand. It's not always about the money, to get better as a fighter you have to test yourself against dangerous opponents. Learn some lessons, adjust your style, and then do it all again. Mixing in some soft touches along the way.

By following that path Canelo has built himself into a damn good fighter AND he is getting huge paydays.

The guys who just chase the money are making less than him AND they aren't improving as much as he is.

You said that other guys do not dare to be great, but Roman Gonzalez and Estrada just fought each other, those two are far better fighters and bigger legends than anyone on Canelo resume.

Most guys wouldn’t have fought Austin Trout when he did in 2013.
Trout was undefeated and just got a decision over Cotto in Madison Square Garden.
Canelo could have had an easier fight on another Mayweather undercard but wanted to prove he’s a draw and force the Mayweather fight. He risked a huge payday but that’s what the best do.
These young guys are scared to actually chase greatness. They get one decent win then think they will just get the big fights and money handed to them. You get what you earn.

Unfortunately, weight divisions that low tend not to get the attention they deserve.

Plenty of fighters take risks they just don't get any credit for it. Wilder, Mikey, Loma, Rigo, all took much bigger risks than Canelo has ever taken.
