It was a good win for Alvarez but there were reasons he was a heavy favorite going in to the fight.
Saunders won his "title" against a guy who was barely in the top 50 and then struggled against another 50-ish ranked fighter who had never fought outside of Argentina and in his last fight beat a much faded Martin Murray.
Billy was overrated at 160 and even more so at 168.

Brook and Khan may have been washed but they are not stationary targets. Thomas Dulorme, who just beat Ugas according to most people who scored that fight fairly, and Ugas is a guy you are all clamoring for Bud to fight. But I guess you are just demoting all these guys to bum status now aren't you?

They're all quality fighters, not elite but quality. Just like BJS. I gave Canelo his credit for the win over BJS now why can't you do the same for Bud?
lol lol lol at the fighters Bud has fought compared to Canelo.

Look fanboy I like Bud and his style of fighting. But in no way does he have a resume of fighting anyone that he was ever going to lose to or someone in their prior or fighting a slicn guy.

Hate on Canelo all you want but his resume of fighting prime fighters compared to Buds is light years away. Has Bud ever fought a prime fighter? Who Postal? Lol lol lol lol lol lol lol or nobody fighter Felix Diaz? Lol lol lol lol lol . And that’s fact.

Never been a Canelo fan , he should have 2 L's on his record but since that controversial fight with GGG he's really kicked on and got better. Folk will say what they will about tainted beef and the quality of his opponent but you cant deny he is frighteningly good these days , i cant see anyone that size that beats him now ,GGG is too old , he might last the distance but Canelo is running rings round him and winning the fight .
Everyone now bumming up Caleb plant as the guy , until Canelo wrecks him ... then who

            VP 2016 (meh level guy)
TD 2015 (have you seen his resume )

At no point were Con or Brook considered great !!!!
Definitely NOT the versions that Bud fought......

jeff-horn.jpgCompuBox stats showed that Pacquiao landed 182 out of 573 punches thrown (32%), whilst Horn landed 92 of 625 thrown (15%). In regards to the controversial scorecards, ESPN's Dan Rafael scored the fight 117–111 and ESPN analyst Teddy Atlas scored it 116–111, both for Pacquiao.

One of the more obvious rob jobs

Bud hasn't done shlt and I'm a Bud fan

saunders was no 168 pound fighter but sure ok. he was being schooled by some random dude who went on to lose to a 15-3 fighter after losing to saunders. he was slow and flabby at the weight which didn't help his already poor conditioning, but all and all his career plan was a success. he prob would have lost to ggg if he accepted that 2 million dollar offer years ago, but ducking fights can pay off and thats why fighters do it. great job to him

BJS isn't elite but the problem is nobody in boxing is really fighting other elite fighters right now. Bud and Spence need to fight, the winner will be the true king of boxing.
