I see so many different comments on here about various things and why did he go so far, then theirs also the motor cycle accident mishap which could have given him brain damage; I don't know if that's so and of course it's no excuse but I did see the Asian kid knock him the f_ck out! That could have sent him over the top, but this family of the young lady is hurting and we need to continue to pray for strength as they go through this process.
The only one that traps a man with a baby is himself. You put your **** anywhere and don't think while inside, then the woman gets pregnant and these guys blame them instead of themselves.
If he did what's in the charge sheet then there's no hell too hot for him.
Definitely possible that he saw what was supposed to be a superstar career going off the rails, and was in a ****ed up state of mind. But you have to be an evil piece of **** in the first place to do something like that.
It all comes out in the ring. After the news, I watched his loss to Lozada. I was struck by the privilege/entitlement he enjoyed. Judges were ready to screw over Lozada. The TR commentators were positive but kept talking about how frustrated TR was with him, that he was "not focused", and that TR decided they were going to give him dangerous, tough fights - sink or swim.
Felix always looked in great shape, but behind the scenes, there's probably been crazy, violent stuff going on for years. "not focused" is code for that.
Seen a lot of blaming both the victim and the wife around here. Fuc-k outta here. Lots of men and women cheat. Lots of men and women lie. Lots of men and women make mistakes and are bad to each other.
But what kind of animal tricks the woman they themselves impregnated with their child into meeting them, beats her up, drugs her, ties cement blocks to her feet, throws her in the river and then shoot her to make sure she's dead? To say that is beyond the pale is a fuc-king understatement.
And nobody does any of that because their wife "influenced" them to do it. What a pathetic suggestion. Would you? Was Verdejo, a world champion, just the biggest simp on the entire island, out to commit cold blooded murder without taking precaution to make sure he didn't get caught just to keep his wife happy? Get real!
That woman was pregnant with HIS child. A women whose parents he knew, who he'd been knowing for over a decade. And he killed their daughter and threw her body in the river like trash because he didn't think about the consequences of his actions when he did them. And his way of dealing with it was to do the same thing: commit a terrible act ten times worse, again not thinking of what the consequences would be.
I agree with most of what you said but Verdejo was NEVER a world champion never was going to be either no heart no chin and no balls
Very sad, prayers for the victim and family. I have been reading about this and apparently there is an informant for the FBI who helped Verdejo in the murder. He takes her to his car, punches her, inject her some drugs, ties hands and feet, ties to a rock, and then throws her over the bridge. After this he fires some shots in the direction where the body fell. If he actually did this he is a monster and deserves the maximum penalty possible.
Does anybody else think Verdejo was on heroin or hard drugs while he did all of this? He bought some heroin in a junkie area in San Juan so he knew where to buy.
