Felix Verdejo made his first appearance before the federal court on Monday, where he was denied bail and ordered to remain in prison. The Puerto Rican boxer surrendered to FBI agents Sunday evening surrounding charges of kidnapping, car******* and killing an unborn child in relation to the abduction and murder of Keishla Rodriguez Ortiz. Verdejo appeared before a federal magistrate judge via video conference call Monday morning.

Innocent till proven guilty, but the fact that he was having in affair with a a woman who turned out pregnant and found dead, does not look good for this guy. Most likely than not he did it unless it turns out that she had some other jealous BF.

I hate to say it, but I always liked Verdejo and how comported himself in interviews. Just goes to show you that it's hard to really know someone's true character.

These are one of those crimes where the suspect is guilty until proven innocent.

Regardless of what she may have done, that's a tough way to go and he threw his life away, a life many of us, myself included would dream for. I fully support the death penalty here.
