For boxing to be showcased, it was awful and embarassing. It will continue though, and generates over a million ppv's, which is insane, because those who pay are not real purist boxing fans.

Also, as long as the top fighters keep avoiding each other, the sport will remain a niche watched by very few people.

Never thought this forum would turn into a bunch of purists, you do understand that boxing's financial model as it is is failing right and new methods need to attempted. Triller's evening was sloppy at best but its also a learning lesson for them to tighten up.

Biggest issue for me what the broadcast team. OSCAR WAS A MESS. They need to not party so hard while they are announcing. Having fun is one thing but if its interfere with the quality of the broadcast.

I can't complain because i didn't purchase i found a stream but if they can clean up the production value i might pay for it later on (also need to remove a freak show fight and instead replace it with a K-1 fight and make this a combat experience) .

Oscar made a complete fool of himself. I hope Ortiz and Garcia saw this and do not renew contracts. Who on earth would want that addict representing them? The entire thing was a sad s**t show from what I heard and the bits I saw.
