herring may go to unified level and elite based on that.

credit to frampton for trying to go to elite level but falling short,hes a 1-2 titlist really, a few defences and hes out like RIcky Burns and Golovkin.
Still very respectable to win title and defend it a bit though, Burns, GGG, Frampton did good.
