    He gets an a.

Cant believe bruno gets more votes for the same grade as hatton? Insane! Hes two levels below hatton. Hatton beat numerous top fighters. Bruno's best win? Hard to find a good one. Coetzee was over here for shopping. Mcall was messed up.

He may have received the same grade as Hatton as a fighters grade is decided by which grade has the most number of votes, but Hatton is ranked higher than Bruno on the list because he received a higher percentage of votes above his grade than Bruno did.

53.84% of voters graded Hatton higher than a B, while only 33.33% of voters graded Bruno higher than a B.

So while they both received the same grade, the public voted Hatton a overall higher caliber fighter than Bruno.

      I hope this makes sense.

I edited the format. Now it includes the overall grades next to the fighters names.

People had chance to show he was overrated and they failed. He took risks he travelled.
when his hands damaged he looked more like an B fighter. But he still got results. So B+ to A-.

                A. Only thing holding Joe back from an A+ is the lack of real depth in his resume. Amongst the greatest the UK ever produced and a case - alongside Ward - for the greatest SMW of all time.

A- minus an obvious special talent but for the fanfare he enjoys from UK fans he actually has a razor thin resume

                      A+

Can't hate on Slappy, he's one of the very best. I reckon Spinks, Charles, and Moore could whoop him, but that's a short list.

In think Slappy might could have whooped Norfolk, Greb, and even Tunney. SMW is kind hard to relate to before SMW eras, but, when I think of the ATGs from around the SMW weight Joe beats most who ever lived.
