I can't stand Roach but he is right. Marquez is my favorite and I am not going to shell out $50 to see this crap.

obviously roach has sumn personal vs jmm & money. marquez beat his boy and money would too.
hes right about the style matchup, but reguardless, everyone will tune in to watch the return of money mayweather....plus hes bringing in new fans by promoting on wwe & by participating on dancing with the stars.
plus like arum says, mexicans are the #1 ppv buyers, and we will be supporting marquez that night...no doubt

I actually think it will sell better than Pac-Cotto.

mothaffker this PPV will not bomb. Floyd has always generated more interest and $ than PAC. The biggest fight PAC has ever had grossed around half the amount for Floyd's fight against Hatton. People want to see FLOYD fight and after COTTO ktfo of PAC, Bob Arum will be begging Floyd for the fight with PAC and he will be ready to take the 30%

Because if both PAC and Floyd turn in PPV #S that are close in numbers, we can all forget about a PAC-Floyd matchup, y'all can kiss that matchup of the decade fight goodbye!!

Both fighters need each other to make that $$$$, BUT, it's really gonna be hard to close the deal, because both will have a strong case for why one party should get the lion's share.
your line of thinking is unorthodox,....but i can follow it.
you sacrifice something to get the better one...like a pawn to capture a bishop.
you are hoping that floyd will capitulate and accept the lesser purse when he fyts manny....for "pound for pound suppremacy".

The movie theater idea is a great idea... I can't see how anybody can take negative stuff from it. I aint expecting huge numbers anyway, many people look at this as a tune-up, so have decided to not buy the fight.

Its a good card, but people don't look at it like that because of the Floyd fight being looked as a tune-up for some.

What I can't understand is why Mayweather is all over WWE, just after he was supposedly injured and had to call off the fight with Marquez. Anyone got any ideas?
