The actual position Ryan is in is that he says he wants to fight these champions, so they respond and then Ryan bails when it’s time to actually make the fight. Tank, Haney, Lopez and Loma would all smoke Ryan.

Honestly, all of the Champions actually call out Tank! KingRy is the perfect example! He's wins a fight that gives him a straight path to the WBC title,and first thing he does is call out Tank, who has a secondary title @ 135! Who does that? Now he's not fighting Haney, Tank, Pacquiao, Linares, and from the sound if it, not Fortuna either! I don't think it's Fortuna b/c Oscar wouldn't be saying "We have something special..." Fortuna is NOT something special!
