Wilder might want the rematch or hold them on the rematch clause but they took very long to get anything together. It wasn't until Fury started saying that he was going to fight someone else that then you heard Wilder talking about fighting again. In the end nobody knows what is in those contracts but the persons involved.

One fact that we know is this contracts isn’t without an expiry in boxing. You don’t sign one for life. COVID is NOT an excuse because fights had happened during the whole fiasco.

If Fury is off signing contracts then that's a pretty good indication that they're not in arbitration anymore. How can they be discussing a Wilder fight while signing a Joshua fight?

That being the situation, why hasn't team Wilder lodged anything with a court yet?

My guess is they've either got a result to their satisfaction, or they simply don't have any legal right to the rematch.
Well this turned out to be bullocks. Attorneys are putting together their case as we speak. Why do so many of you knowingly talk out of your ****ing arses.

Lol. Its true... So many make the most bogus claims. You would think they were privy to information and that Arum tells the truth. Its kind of pathetic.

I realise you're hard of thinking but FFS.

My first paragraph is factual. Arbitration is not litigation.

The other paragraphs that use words like 'pretty good indication' and 'my guess' are opinions and guesses. That's why I chose those words. I figured you might understand them.

And maybe I've missed some news, but wtf are you talking about? Have you got some breaking news?

I can't find that news about attorneys putting a casr together. Although I've not checked the LDBC racist news yet.

People are talking about this being an issue!? This arbitration means nothing! They can physically make Fury fight Wilder, they can’t physically stop the AJ v Fury fight.

whatever they want to go and do they will. All it means, if they rule in favour of Wilder, they might rule a fight should take place, which again you can’t make someone do! So when there order is ignored, Wilder can sue them and get some money! Based on the figures the AJ Fury fight will generate it will be peanuts!

realistically after the beating Wilder took, what would his purse be for the fight? 10m Max? Just pay him that to piss off

Posters on here actually think Arbitration is the WBC and athletic commission on here and can stop Fury from fighting .

statutes of limitations could also be in arbitration here because the pre existing contract had a deadline to get the fight done with extensions already well used so that could be used depending on what kind of arbitration is taking place . I’ve detailed what mostly is easy to know ,anyone thinking Wilder can enforce a fight is desperate or desperately trying to be right .

Silly Billy what bogus claim ?

Here you go again agreeing with a poster who lacks much intelligence, what is he right about ?,other posters want to know to ?

The poster you agreed with would have to have privy info about anyone gathering attorneys as we speak to form a case ,, does that poster have privy information ,tell us Silly Billy because your suggestion is no one does but he would have to , to make that statement ?

Arum doesn’t tell the truth , is that your new random phrase to disregard anything plausible or true ? Everything Arum has said months ago prior to the fallout of Wilder has come true before mediation and up to now , Silly Billy you would make a lousy lawyer if your judgment was important on specifics .
