Arum's a clown for saying that but as far as I know it's not been him who has been giving daily updates (for the last 3 months) saying "we're close to a deal...we'll probably make an announcement this week."

It's not just Hearn either, Warren was coming out with the same things last week. It's these sorts of statements that has made fans impatient, obviously there'll still be demand for the fight but when people are led to believe an announcement will be made in days then the pressure to the promoters will only increase.

I'm with Bob on this one and when he told Hearn to shut up about the fight. I'd much prefer they talk it up when it's a done deal, a date and venue has been set and both fighters are willing. Not when all these things are still up in the air and Fury's not even sure if he wants it next.

I'm seriously disgusted. They are using pandemics as an excuse and they are definitely ruining the best boxer of his generation (Fury) that will go into inactivity again, and this one for good. We won't ever see this match, and even if, it will be totally ruined by the long wait.

Arum came out hours later detailing the fight after saying that to Hearn . Without pressure from one of the promoters like Hearn , Arum would take his time . Hearns trying to get at least a contract signed . If they weren’t talking about the fight people would complain anyway .
