There is no way to determine who was the reason for most of the PPV sales. But using what we do know as fact its a logical assumption that Hatton is the draw. This is in no way an exact science, but its a much better gauge than just saying "Floyd carried the PPV".

How about the fact that Hatton only faught once in the U.S before facing Mayweather, we gotta remember he faced a washed up JLC. Mayweather vs Hatton was Hatton's first PPV in the U.S. We're not gonna act like Hatton fans came all the way to the U.S to buy the PPV also, PPV doing 915K buys had alot more to do with Mayweather.

which kinda indicates that ODLH brought 2.1 million buys and Hatton brought 500-600k buys.

Oh and 1.4million over on this side of the pond.

Why do Americans think that PPV are solely the province of teh USA and HBO?

mayweather was hattons 4th major fight in america. he fought collazo in boston, urango in las vegas and castillo in las vegas before the floyd fight. i dunno about america, but im pretty certain all those fights were PPV here. id say a larger % of those 915k were due to mayweather (in the hope he was going to lose) but it also did 1.4 million PPV in the UK @ 4am.

It doesn't matter who was the draw, Hatton still got his arse handed to him!
