Now, if I told you BEFORE the fight that Paulie would be busier than Diaz (BabyBull is one of the busiest volume punchers in the game), you would predict that Diaz would lose the fight.

Diaz usually wins by outlanding his opponent. That is what he does, his objective. So the fact that he got outpointed tells me he didn't do what he wanted, and Paulie did. Paulie dictated the fight.

In my opinion, Paulie took 7 or 8 rounds. i was online @ NSB doing the RxR.

you cant score for **** then...every fight is different, you dont take prejudiced judgement of how you think a fighter will fight based on prior evidence..............because youll hold it against them if he doesnt do that......

im surprised all you people even thought this fight was for paulie.......i remember when you morons were crying ngoudjo got robbed even though he landed like 5 punches every round to paulie's 20, just because hermans looked more powerful.....

90% of you people are just biased by commentary.....i had it 6-6......or maybe 7-5 paulie.........i do think juan diaz couldve won 7-5...though i see it a bit more possible for paul.......but this is coming from someone who appreciates paulies style....if HBO werent hyping up paul in the commentary, all you cats wouldnt be saying ****......

Like Paulie Malignaggi said, 98-99% of the people saw him winning this fight. At the end of the fight when they were calling the score and I heard 118-110, I thought in my mind for a second “ I do not think Malignaggi won by 8 rounds” Never came in my head, that Diaz was the winner of the fight, Why? Because there is no way Diaz beat Malignaggi. If you look the face of Diaz mother, you can see clearly how the mother was watching the destruction of his son. Paulie fought a very smart fight, in couple of rounds, because his courage, he was exchanging punches with Diaz, but his trainer re-directed him to fight the proper fight. I AM GOING TO CALL ONE MORE TIME LOUD AND CLEAR THE TEXAS BOXING COMMISSION TO CALL FOR AN INVESTIGATION OF THE FIGHT AND TAKE THE RIGHT DECISION. That is the best they can do to clear a bunch of excrement the laid on the ring for the very bad decision. Take the example of the California Athletic Boxing Commission when overturned the decisionfrom Bradley vs. Campbell. I believe that will be very responsible if they take that step forward to correct the smell of **** all the way from Houston to ever single city of Texas.

You were going for Diaz... I can tell.. I like them both and you obviously have no clue of boxing. People keep talking about Paulie but Juan didn't do anything to even come close to tying let alone winning. Juan wasn't landing anything. Punches landed = Points.... it doesn't matter the strength... besides it is ridiculous to say that because its not like Diaz was landing anything.. Diaz won rounds 2, 3, and 7... thats it. Paulie outclassed him easily and had Diaz frustrated and bleeding wih a cut he created with punches (no elbow or headbutt were found with replay). Diaz couldn't belive he won.. and his parents even had recognized defeat with the looks on their faces.. this is a clear fixed fight... nothing to talk about.. Paulie won and CLEARLY.. and not 1 judge gave it to him... Diaz by UD??

Max Kellerman commentating, "What fight was that guy watching!"

        Lederman Card 115-113 Paulie

Oscar admitting this was ridiculous (even tho he probably paid the judges in the first place)

        Paulie's pre fight warning

        Van Hoy's excuses...

        ....all are proof of robbery..

When has a judge ever had to explain himself... only if you were paid would you try and justify... if you weren't paid, why would you bother to defend yourself...

Keep your head up Paulie... YOU won... and lopsided

It was sad to see a good week of boxing end so ugly. Alot of people had Pauli win that fight except for Diaz fans of course.

I'm not a fan of both, but this is funny coming from a guy in HOUSTON..HMMM where was this fight again...LMAO....you should talk..baby bull**** didn't do much either...and if you look at their face baby bull**** looks more **** up. Like i said this was a battle of two pillow fisted fighters. In my opinion...PAULIE won 115-113 or even one pt for MALIGNAGGI.

AMEN....this folks is plenty of evidence to point that MALIGNAGGI won that match. Not a fan of both, but I tell the truth.

the best DIAZ could have gotten was a draw, but to win on all judges...thats a bunch of bull **** for baby bull****.

Soda_Popinski doesn't even know what to say about this fight...but PM had more working against him then Rocky did in Rocky IV....unfortunately for Paulie...in Soviet Russia they can appreciate when an Italian lays a whoppin on someone...apparently not so in big bad Tejas...

I agree, and also Diaz landed 43 more Power Punches....i had this fight 115-113 fror Diaz. That 118 scores was absurd......he just stuck it to Paulie. and Paulie probably F%$#ed himself for what he said on HBO after the fight

im sorry...im just not sure how you could ever have walked away from that fight thinking that Diaz clearly won...he hit PM with some big shots but at no point did i feel that PM was hurt...that being said i dont think PM did any hurting of his own...but he clearly had the higher work rate...he landed more clean punches...and the fight was fought in the style that HE wanted...

ill admit most of you guys know more about the technicalities involved with scoring then i do...but when i watch a fight and i see a guy with ...

                      a higher work rate
                      more landed punches
a face in similar condition to when it entered the ring while the other guy looks like he just starred in newest Friday the 13th movie
and the fact that one guy made the other guy fight his way...

thats a clear victory for me...im sorry...there were lots of close rounds...so i could certainly see a draw...or even PM loosing by a round MAYBE (!) two...if you really wanted to stretch and give the close ones to diaz....

when the first two scores were read i said...yup...PM nailed this one down...but when they read the 118-110 score...i knew PM got robbed...because i knew if the score was going to be that lopsided it was going to be a screw job on PM....

sad day for boxing...sad sad day...
