Paulie Malignaggi Rips Into Van Hoy Over Scoring Excuses

This is a very good point. Everyone on this board was bitching big time about that fight. Why? Because although Paulie outlanded him in every round, just like he did Diaz, N'doudjo threw the more eye catching, head snapping punches also just like Diaz did and everyone here said "N'Doudjo landed the better, cleaner, clearer punches! He should have won!" Diaz landed the more eye catching, head snapping punches throughout the fight here as well.
Not saying I think he won, but you have got to look at both sides a little more than just jumping on the Paulie bandwagon.Comment

I think you're right. He's back in the boxing mainstream again because of this, and his recent "loss" is really worth a win to the boxing world. I hope his future offers for fights treats him as a winner and be offered a decent purse...Comment

Love Paulie. He finally got real and started working hard... and he gets robbedIt didn’t take long for Paulie Malignaggi’s phone to start ringing. Earlier today, BoxingScene.com posted a news brief pertaining to Michael Marley’s recent interview with Texas judge Gale Van Hoy. Malignaggi’s beef with Van Hoy is no secret to BoxingScene readers. A few days before the actual fight with Juan Diaz, Maligngagi went on the record with BoxingScene to publicly voice his concerns about the officiating in Houston, Texas. The one individual, who stood in Malignaggi’s mind as a biased official, was Gale Van Hoy. After the official scores came down last Saturday night, it was no surprise to Malignaggi that Van Hoy’s card was a one-sided 118-110 ledger for Diaz. [details]
